The Change x Unzipped Global Health Conference will be held from the 24th -25th of September.

Change X Unzipped is a Victorian university collaboration between Monash University, the University of Melbourne and Deakin University. Every year, students from these universities come together to host an annual two-day global health conference.

Day 1's theme is "poverty over the sea".
Based in Melbourne,  health issues that arise with poverty on a global level will be explored as well as how key organisations deal with challenges that occur in developing countries.

Day 2's theme is "scarcity in the sunburnt country". This day is focused on the invisible barriers in Australia, and how certain communities are more likely to face difficulty accessing good healthcare.

Day 1 will conclude with a social night held at La Di Da on Little Bourke St (just a 15 minute tram ride from the University of Melbourne), complete with free drink cards, trivia, prizes and plenty of opportunity to meet and chat with your fellow delegates. Some would say that it’s the best part of the conference - but don’t tell the academics team...
