Scleroderma United Internship
Scleroderma United has opened applications for our Fall 2024 Internship Program. The internship is intentionally project-based and designed to provide aspiring health professionals with valuable hands-on experience in the healthcare/nonprofit sector. Each intern will have the opportunity to complete a meaningful Primary Project, learn about scleroderma, and build key nonprofit, advocacy, and fundraising skills over the course of approximately 10 weeks. Scleroderma United is an international 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting and empowering people with the rare autoimmune disease scleroderma. Founded in 2019, the organization is a member of the Rare Disease Diversity Coalition and incubated at the Harvard Innovation Labs.

The goal of Unleash is to deliver a holistic tutoring service to students, mentoring them through school and providing the tools they need to succeed.
We're looking for some talented and reliable tutors to join our incredible team and take on 1-3 students. We offer a favorable pay rate and flexible hours around other work, university, and sport. We will provide any resources you may need during your sessions. We offer online (zoom) and face-to-face (if families live close to you) opportunities for tutoring from prep - year 12.
At the moment we are specifically looking for past VCE students who scored well in any of the following: Methods, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Specialist Maths, Further Maths and English.

Friends of Refugees Volunteering
Friends of Refugees is an organisation that supports people seeking asylum and refugees in the community. The Education Support Program is designed to help children with the necessary assistance with English, Maths and keeping on top of school work in a new country. You can become a volunteer for our tutoring sessions on Saturdays from 10 am to 12 pm in Springvale, with primary and secondary-aged students from refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds.
